2016 Property of the Year (2 years running!)
Cortona at Forest Park was recently named a 2016 Property of the Year by the St. Louis Apartment Association! This is the 2nd year in a row that Cortona received this prestigious award, voted on by impartial judges from out of state. The staff at Cortona is absolutely thrilled to have received this award twice, among numerous other awards since the grand opening in 2014. Cortona at Forest Park has established itself as one of the best apartments in St. Louis, and we love all of our residents and staff that have made it possible!
Not only did Cortona at Forest Park win Property of the Year for large apartment communities, but Assistant Manager Sara Kramer won an individual award for Assistant Manager of the Year. All of our residents know how much Sara cares about them and the property, and she has done an excellent job for the past 2 years. Thank you, Sara! Congratulations!
Perhaps the most prestigious award of the evening was our management company, Balke Brown Transwestern, winning the award for Property Management Company of the Year. With four luxury apartment buildings currently under management, and four more opening in the next 12 months, Balke Brown Transwestern has established itself as the premiere apartment management company in St. Louis.
