Dogtown is not an “official” neighborhood recognized by the city government, but rather an area of St. Louis comprised of 4 “official” neighborhoods: Clayton-Tamm, Franz Park, Hi-Pointe and Cortona at Forest Park’s neighborhood: Cheltenham.
