About the class
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nathan Schoen, will be leading a fun and motivating “Dynamics” group fitness class. This high-energy, fast-paced class will challenge you to complete a full-body workout geared toward promoting strength, conditioning, and fat loss.
Research proves that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) enhances your metabolism and burns up to nine times more fat than low-intensity steady state (LISS) cardiorespiratory activity. The instructor will keep you moving with a purpose while simultaneously providing motivation and instruction in correct form and technique.
